It is a true pleasure and joy to introduce myself and my life's work to you.

My name is Nata. I am a grounded and well-rounded practitioner of many healing modalities, weaving spirit & science together to offer a personalized approach to healing and sovereignty.

My practice is built on honoring the natural ways and offerings of Mother Earth. I seamlessly blend my studious and experiential nature along with the ebb and flow of life and practices to bring a deep sense of overstanding and ease to the collective. I believe that the most effective and efficient way to do so is to be the container and the channel for which healing turns tangible and malleable.

As a Womb Wisdom Keeper, I am honored to have learned from Midwives, Womb Wisdom Carriers & Elders from different cultures & lands, and, with their blessings bring their traditions & techniques home for all of us to heal by.

I am overjoyed to offer a fresh approach to Womb healing, one that holds space for body and spirit detoxification and connection.

These practices hold space for you to connect deeply with the physical, energetic, and mystical layers of the pelvis and womb. Weaving together somatic & experiential techniques, Maya Womb & Abdominal Massage, alongside Shamanic Dream Journeying, you are able to build and bring home these practices for a deep diving experience truly your own.

I am honored to be a student of Indigenous healing techniques and medicines including Kambo (Kapu), Sacred Frog Medicine.

I work with integrity & reverence, honoring our Indigenous Brothers and Sisters with my studies, devotion, and reciprocity.

I am continuously humbled to be of service and support to you through our journey of self-discovery, remembrance, and healing.

I am a firm, fluid believer that embodiment is the key to alignment. I have healed, grounded & transcended through these Sacred Healing Practices that I humbly offer to you. I have devoted my life to these ways. Without them I would not be the Transformed, Nourished Creatrix that I am today. I open my heart & my life to you as a reminder that you are worthy of living Blissfully. If I can, you most certainly can!

I walk with Reciprocity & Love in my heart & through my way of being. Because of this, I have been given blessings from Indigenous Elders in Brazil & Guatemala to carry Sacred Medicines & Practices. I honor these Ancient Indigenous Healing Practices & Teachers by way of financial & community support, studies, devotion & prayers. I am humbled by the natural way & vow to carry these teachings with care, cooperation & joy.

I have walked lifetimes beside you, hand in hand, navigating tumultuous waters, just trying to stay afloat. I have prayed for divine timing to be now, pushing and pulling against the currents of the divine waters flow. Now I stand firm & anchored, fluid & sovereign, crystal clear & conscious.

In my lifetime, I have lived in sorrow, grief and pain caused by systematic sexual, verbal & physical abuse. I have been tugged into the depths of drug addiction. I have been submerged in dis-ease & dis-order, emotional, psychological and physical. I have held my lineages wounds as mine physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Because of my HER-STORY , I carry the deep-seeded knowledge & ancestral awareness of how to navigate & hold space for the unpacking & healing of multidimensional, ancestral, collective & individual trauma.

I invite you to open your heart & walk with me through the old, outdated paradigms of trauma & distress into Golden Bliss, Freshness & Health!

I dreamed a dream that we walked through the fire together, vanquishing the old, outdated ways of disconnection and separation within our selves and this Grand Mother Earth. This fire ignited our passion as we danced and sang on the ashes of the old, as we alchemized them into fertile soil, as the soil nourished our dreams and aligned our prayers.

Then I awoke and this dream actualized, this dream became tangible and do able.

Every day I do it for us, I live this dream to remind us of our truest nature. I tend to our sisters & mothers, lovers & brothers with my hands & heart. I nourish them with safe touch & body work. I hold space for them as they cleanse & recalibrate their bodies with Sacred Medicine. I hold circles and facilitate retreats where we learn somatic practices to reconnect to our divine vessels, I go abroad, studying with Elders & Medicine Keepers to be a bridge between Indigenous Wisdom & the world we live in today.
